机型描述：一套机组(160P)分4台40P的松下多联机,每40P的又分一个小机组,没个小机组有4个机箱,每个箱又有2个5P的压缩机(非变频的),内机有多个风口,通过墙上的控制板(1个总控板还有每个房间的分板都可以控制开启),远程控制,所有的控制板上就两根信号线(17V直流),总控板上还有两跟220V电源线,2 } q* J1 W! \6 u L
故障内容：1号机组(40P)有4个内风口不工作（2、11、12、13号内风口不工作，1号机共13个风口）,外机全部工作,检查内机,有两块板烧了压敏电阻和变压器,另两台一个烧保险,一个断地址码小板的线.全部修好以后电路板上绿灯亮,两台内机的控制板上3、4灯闪，两台不闪。检测都有17V的控制线的电压到。远程主控板上检测不到这4内机的地址，对应的小方格一直空白，正常情况是如果检测不到风口，主控板上对应的的地址小黑点会闪。每台外机，内机，还有没个控制板上都有对地址码的小开关，由于没有原厂资料，只能凭英文的简单说明书调，现在怀疑是控制板上或内机电路板上的程序地址码信息给丢了，是不要要重写？联系厂家说这种机他们也没有资料。麻烦如果实在修不好考虑改板也可以。拆开内外机，发现内、外机各有一个电子膨胀阀，外机的从冷凝器的出来又回到冷凝器，内机的就在高压管到蒸发器之间。想，内机的电子膨胀阀应该是不通电的情况是完全打开，通电以后内风机工作，膨胀阀截流开始制冷，改版就是控制不了电子膨胀阀，麻烦故障原因听他们说好像是一次突然的断电引起的．Ｎ多个公司来看过都没修．% S' z1 \) y2 R' u. 从出故障的原因来看 出问题 肯定是过压（一般是零线开路） 你说的 17V的线 是 跟数据总线 控制信号 是夹在里面一起走的 你测是直流电压 里面的 数据信号 可以用示波器测出来 看信号到了哪里 在判断 故障在前 还是在后 改板后 电子膨胀阀 肯定是有办法 受控的 你在什么地方 我最喜欢修 这样的故障

那两根线都是１７Ｖ的电压，单独测量那两跟控制线也有１７Ｖ，如果是开路的话，内机主板的的电压只有１４Ｖ，我想也是靠脉冲信号控制的，就没有仪器检测不到信号，控制线电压，线就没断吧，线没断，所有的控制线都是并联起来的，信号应该也有．改板那电子膨胀阀怎么控制，我在深圳，这里买不到控制电子膨胀阀的板？都修了８天了，还没完全修好．刚修时有一组外机还不启动，现在外机搞好了，内机搞了４天了也没进展，工期马上就要到了．我的ＱＱ是２７９８４９１１８，电话是１３９２６５９２６１３，
